During this Sesh, Bully Boy Distillers will be teaching you how to create three spring-themed signature cocktails from start to finish using local spirits made right here in New England.
Upon arrival, attendees will be handed a drink to help unwind before we get down to cocktail basics followed by a tour around the state of the art facility to learn more about Bully Boy and their liquor-making process. Finally, we’ll head over to their Tasting Room bar, which was
voted Best of Boston in 2017, where the step-by-step demonstration will begin!
The class will introduce proper mixology techniques, basic cocktail terminology, and insight about every single ingredient. If you are curious to know the difference between bitters vs. mixers, shaken vs. stirred, and what the heck “up” and “rocks” mean, now is the perfect opportunity to learn with Bully Boy’s freshly made bitters and syrups. As you make and shake your own craft cocktails, bar snacks will be provided.
