MIT Sloan and Hacking Discrimination's Hack for Inclusion brings together some of the brightest minds -- both technical and non-technical -- to build solutions that address today's biggest problems related to bias, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Over the course of a weekend, you'll collaborate virtually with a diverse group of individuals and be guided through a design thinking process, developing a solution to a real DE&I challenge faced by an organization.
Challenge topics include making virtual work inclusive and accessible, activating middle management for DEI in a globally-dispersed company, closing the data gaps on unbanked populations, and more. Winning teams will receive prize money! 1st place: $5,000; 2nd place: $3,000; 3rd place: $1,000; Crowd Choice: $1,000.
Participants must be available the evening & afternoon on Friday, February 19th, the entire day on Saturday, February 20th, and the afternoon on Sunday, February 21st.
NOTE: $20 ticket fee will be refunded upon attendance on both days.
