​This enriching evening of mindfulness, self-discovery, and creative expression is designed to support your well-being as we explore themes of embracing the season we’re in, setting intentions, and uncovering new perspectives.


​No experience necessary! All materials provided! Event begins at 6:30pm. Doors open and journal decorating / community hanging starts at 6pm.


Perfect for all in greater Cambridge/Boston community, and local Harvard/MIT students - this workshop offers a transformative space to pause and grow together.
