Mindfulness for Busy People – Friday, May 12 from 7:00 to 8:15pm
It is common to feel too busy to find time to relax or take care of ourselves properly. In this inspiring talk with visiting Teacher Gen Kelsang Norbu, we will learn step by step instructions on how we can use meditation to transform our life and to discover the potential for peace that lies within us all. Even a short meditation practice frees up time, brings energy, and creates mental space and perspective.
Gen Norbu will share the wisdom of the ancient Kadampas on how we can use the tools of meditation and mindfulness to experience a whole new dimension of meaning in the midst of our busy daily life.
Please note: Gen Norbu will also be leading a day retreat on An Ocean of Wisdom on Saturday, May 13
Location:
This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available, please email us at [email protected]
