Join our Mindful Masquerade Night - our version of a Halloween party for the mindfulness community!

- costumes, fun ways of getting your inner peace on, sharing silly life stories together, and hanging out at our home meditation studio!
Whether you're new to the Peace Out mindfulness community, or have been coming to yoga/meditation classes before, you're welcome to join - most people come alone to meet new people! We're planning on a small group to keep things chill and get to know each other.

My name's Alaska, and I started Peace Out to host fun themed yoga/meditation classes in Boston and winter ski/meditation trips. I'm a professional yoga/meditation instructor with over 300 hours of certification across multiple training programs - it’s been an amazing journey so far, and I’d love to meet more people into inner peace.
