Brooklyn is the modern day mecca of klezmer and Yiddish folk music. Lead by Jake Shulman-Ment, one of the planet's greatest klezmer violinists, Midwood is a supergroup composed of some of the music's most innovative and virtuosic performers on the international stage. Their distinctive sound, rooted in Eastern European party music, traverses genres to create an experience akin to psychedelic rock. They will be joined by local klezmer stars Abigale Reisman and Nat Seelen.
