Join our tamalada pequneñ, a small tamale party! Old and new join together as we learn traditional tips and techniques. We'll make two types of tamales (one classic chicken+corn; and one vegetarian sweet potato+black bean) and learn about Masa and nixtamalization. We'll also enjoy pico de gallo and micheladas and you'll learn a secret for making pico de gallo in March that tastes like summer tomato salsal! The cost of tuition covers all food materials and fees. Instructor: Jacqueline Church
