Join Crystal for an hour of an all levels yoga to the sounds of metal bands like Type O Negative, Black Sabbath, King Diamond and more! Then stay to drink a beer (or two!) and mingle. Bring your friends!
Recover from a ghoul’s night out and stretch before a spooky afternoon with halloween yoga. This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Each class will be all levels, a little funky and a little spooky movements with a playlist of halloween/spooky themed metal songs. You’ll stretch, sweat and surrender into a guided savasana that will leave you feeling spellbound and de-stressed.
$27 for yoga class + 1 beer plus tip
This will be all levels at Bone Up Brewing! No props will be needed except a mat. It will start slow and build. Expect to Sweat, Deeply Stretch and Surrender into a Savasana.
