Enjoy the crisp autumn air and sip on flavorful cocktails with Vermont-based Barr Hill Gin, America’s most awarded gin. The story of Bar Hill begins with a beekeeper and distiller working together to produce the perfect use of raw honey in their distill process. As an ode, the bartending team at Trifecta created a special menu all week long to celebrate Bar Hill’s achievements over the last decade. Meet the Barr Hill expert distiller on Thursday, October 12 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm to discover the story of the gin production, including the importance of honeybees in the process, while discovering the flavor profiles of each cocktail. Patrons can enjoy appetizers, entrees, and dessert from Trifecta’s dinner menu.
