When we feel strong, happy and connected with others, life is amazing. But each one of us can experience various obstacles to our mind of love; we can be too hesitant or too clingy, or nervous rather than calm. Buddha taught a variety of contemplations to help us all overcome these inner obstacles and enable us to become strong, relaxed and kind.
This meditation class will introduce the basics of meditation practice and a variety of ways to train our mind in loving kindness during daily life. In this way, we can feel relaxed and integrated, with our way of living and our meditation practice will support each other.
