True nature, our intrinsic goodness, is always here and is unchanged by anything that occurs. However, direct experience of true nature is often obscured by the web of beliefs and opinions we hold about what life is, how life should be, and how we should be different from the way we are.
Mindfulness, meditation and awareness practice offer us a method of being with ourselves in a way that cultivates peace, ease, and expansiveness that is our true nature. We call this the Practice of Conscious Compassionate Awareness.
Join us in an exploration of this practice. Each session will include sitting meditation, awareness exercises, and group discussions. This workshop is open to beginners with no experience in mediation or yoga.
Cost: $60 ($20 for a single class)
