Susan Nelson enjoys finding ways to integrate Buddha's teachings into her various roles as attorney, mother, partner, sister, teacher, daughter, and friend. Susan started attending Kadampa Meditation Center South Carolina in 2009, the same year she passed the Bar exam. She has employed meditation techniques over the years to help de-stress and lighten the intensity of her legal career. Susan now studies on the Teacher Training Program at Kadampa Meditation Boston, exuding supreme calm and clarity.
Joe Kovaz began studying and practicing Dharma at Kadampa Meditation Center South Carolina in 2009. After several years of study and practice Joe began teaching meditation classes. Joe especially cherishes the opportunity to teach meditation classes to beginners and seeks ways to make his classes very practical and meaningful for participants. Joe is a lively member of the Teacher Training Program class at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston and brings great joy to his teachings.
