Meditation is simple and anyone can do it. A regular practice of meditation enables us to enjoy a break from our normal distractions and worries and see even the most challenging of circumstances in a new light.
During this two part class on April 23 and 30 Gen Khedrub will explain how to start or recharge an at-home practice, and will share ancient Buddhist tools for improving and sustaining a healthy meditation habit that works for you. Everyone, regardless of previous meditation experience, is welcome to join.
Location: This event is offered via Newton Community Education and registration is required directly via NCE (details below). It will be held at Newton South High School.
