Free meditation event in Beverly on Wednesday, May 3 from 7-8pm.
Take some time out to explore Buddha's teaching on how to solve our human problems. Our mind has incredible potential, to be confident, relaxed and kind. But it can often get stuck. Learn basic meditations to help cultivate a bit more inner peace, and bring a bit more peace to our world. Held at the Beverly Public Library. Click through for a free ticket, or just show up!
We all have a wish to be happy and avoid suffering. Throughout our lives, we travel many different paths driven by this desire: career, relationships, home, vacations, etc. But ultimately, these external paths do not yield the results we seek.
During these introductory Dharma talks and meditation sessions, we will discuss the internal paths that can lead to discovering real happiness and a more meaningful life.
