Our mind has limitless potential. But we can easily find ourself stuck in repetitive ways of thinking and behaving. Buddha taught many gentle methods to help us transform our mind and break free from old habits. Buddha also taught ways to stabilize more realistic, constructive and positive views, intentions and actions. It all starts with understanding and transforming our own mind. And we can do it!

This Tuesday evening meditation class will take a practical look at Buddha’s teachings on the nature and function of our mind.

Each week will include:

Tuesday, September 12 - Meditations to Let Go of Anxiety

Tuesday, September 19 - Meditations for Gaining a Work Life Balance

Tuesday, September 26 - The Power of Patience: Meditations for Healing

$12 per class / free for members. Scroll down to reserve a ticket.

Monthly free outdoor meditation in the Boston Public Garden on Fridays from 6:30-7:15pm. The last one for the season is on September 15. Reserve free tickets in advance, these events sell out quickly.

Location: These classes are held at the Church of the Covenant, 67 Newbury St.
