medARTation – Collage & Haiku

Come together in an uplifting space to breathe and get creative! At each meeting, we will make a simple and meaningful craft. The creative process itself will become meditative, and gentle music will be played to help awaken our creative spirits. We will begin our time together with a short meditation in which we connect with our hearts and breath.


On this date, we will create collaged pictures and then write short Haiku poems to express our collage’s meaning. Come with a theme to guide your work or draw one out of a hat when you arrive! The process will be intuitive, and your creation will be uniquely your own!
