The most hearty, salty, umami class you’ll take! See what makes charcuterie the best cheese pairing and explore different flavorings galore! While we always try to accommodate our veggie friends, this menu is designed for the meat lovers!

All class tickets include a selection of cheeses, thoughtfully paired accompaniments, and small tasting samples of drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Enjoy an interactive and engaging educational experience, plus an exclusive discount for shopping after the class. Please inform us of any allergies at the time of ticket purchase so we can accommodate your needs.

The educational portion of the class runs about 45 minutes—give or take, depending on how curious (or chatty) you are! After that, the last hour is all yours to mingle, sip, and shop at your leisure

Classes may be cancelled if we do not hit our minimum registration amount.
