As a lifelong athlete, Sophia Schwartz knows what that’s like, and she'll share a framework to find healthy fulfillment for a lifetime of playing on snow. Along the way, she'll share moments from being a World Cup mogul skier smashing icy bumps at Waterville Valley, NH to backcountry skiing expeditions in the high peaks in Pakistan.
