Maverick is an award winning singer/songwriter with a dynamic, powerful voice. She mixes passionate blues melodies, poetic folk lyrics and driving pop grooves, creating a sound that is half Adele, half Simon and Garfunkel. Maverick sings about trauma recovery, queer relationships, and hope. Her new album, Crucible Philosophy, is being released in 2023.
This performance is part of Boston Public Library's Concerts in the Courtyard Series sponsored by Bank of America. Registration is not required but seating is first come, first served. In the event of inclement weather, the concert will be moved indoors.
