Mario Torroella is a Cuban American painter who has enjoyed a robust life as an architect and co-founder of HMFH Architects, a family man and local Cantabrigian, and a lifelong artist whose works have been shown locally and globally. Mario's paintings are graphic, sensual, and symbolic. They are rich and longing evocations of natural, beautiful settings and sacred cultures at odds with a troubled and violent history Mario vividly remembers of his first home in Cuba.
