Location: Marcone Center at Glastonbury Abbey 20 Hull Street, Hingham MA 02043
(When you pull up to the abbey you will park at the main lot and walk up a path on the right to the Marcone Center where the retreat will take place)
What you might need for comfort:
- Water bottle
- Journal
- Items that you use to create a sacred space ie. your stones (not necessary)
- Yoga Mat
- Blankets, sleeping bag, or both (for breathwork)
- If you have your own strap or yoga blocks you can bring them
