One of our favorite classic cocktails is the Manhattan. Three simple ingredients: Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, and Bitters. When made with the right spirits and proportions, we might even go as far to say it's a perfect cocktail.
In 2022, we started a journey to making our own version of a Sweet Vermouth: Americano Rouge. Our take on a sweet vermouth uses Massachusetts grown grapes. We turn the wine into brandy and proof it down with more Massachusetts grown red wine. Having this spirit allows us to make a Manhattan using entirely Short Path spirits.
Join us for our second annual Manhattan Night where we use our creativity to put spins on the classic. You can even put your own imagination to the test by building your own, one-of-a-kind Manhattan.
SIGNATURE MANHATTANS a menu of unique riffs on the classic using different spirits and bitters.
MANHATTAN F LIGHTS 4 mini manhattans, a different base spirit in each - we're talking Apple Brandy Manhattans, Old Tom Gin Manhattans, Beerskey Manhattans, and obviously Single Malt Manhattans.
BUILD YOUR OWN choose from a variety of spirits and bitters to build your own Manhattan.
SIMS BBQ POP UP what better way to wash down your whiskey than with some pulled pork?? Our friends from Sims BBQ will be here from 5-9pm.
The party will take place inside the cocktail bar and outside on our dog-friendly patio.
