On Saturday, June 11, Five-Star Mandarin Oriental, Boston is celebrating Global Wellness Day with a series of complimentary health and wellness offerings. To celebrate the day dedicated to complimentary wellness experiences across the globe, Mandarin Oriental, Boston will host an Intelligent Movement: Postural Therapy Class.
#GlobalWellnessDay aims to recognize the value of our lives, to make peace with ourselves and to raise awareness about living well.
From 9am to 10am, attendees will be able to ease their mind from stress in an Intelligent Movement: Postural Therapy class. Expert Matthew Morin will lead guided stretching, movements and yoga sequences for postural therapy. Guests can breathe in the fresh air in this outdoor class hosted in the Garden at Mandarin Oriental. Complimentary smoothies will be provided following the class.

Attendees who participate in Mandarin Oriental, Boston’s complimentary activities on Global Wellness Day can also enter a raffle to win a complimentary wellness session at The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Boston.
Participants can also learn more about some of the exclusive offerings at Mandarin Oriental, Boston which include the Embodied Wellness program, featuring Women’s Empowerment Coaching, Guided Meditation, and a specialized Second Spring Coaching Program designed for women ages 40-plus who are looking to enhance their midlife experiences. The new coaching offerings are part of a suite of Inner and Outer Strength programs led by The Spa’s highly trained health and wellness experts. As the first and longest running Forbes Five-Star Spa in Massachusetts, it’s the only Forbes Five Star Spa in the state with the coaching and mindfulness offerings included in Embodied Wellness.
