In the late 1970's, there was such a hatred of disco music that numerous forces within the music business took upon itself to kill the movement from within.


Suffice it to say: disco is back


And with a vengeance.


Marco Niemerski, aka Tensnake, was one of the revivalists at its newly beating heart. Born in Hamburg, Tensnake found inspiration in disco's depths and made a singular sound that stormed the dancefloors. With his home at well-respected labels like Gerd Janson's Running Back, Mirau Musik, and his full-length album for Astralwerks: Glow.


Marco had such a good time at Make It New last time that he himself is back and, suffice it to say,


with a vengeance.
