Need a reason to fall in love with winter? How about a nourishing healing session designed to support thriving on all levels during these colder, darker New England days?


Combine and choose some or all elements below for your nutruring experience:


A jade and tourmaline infrared heating pad. Relax into a heat that penetrates deep into the body, improving circulation, boosting the immune system, and decreasing pain, tension, and stress. Jade is excellent for anyone with a history of chronic stress. It supports organ detoxification and emotional healing. Tourmaline balances the yin and yang in the body and the hemispheres of the brain. This promotes energy flow and enhances self-confidence.


Heated Stones. Energies of water and fire come together through these special healing stones. Sustainably and mindfully gathered river, ocean, and basalt stones are warmed before being placed on chakras and meridians. This activates, grounds, and soothes. 


Reiki. Channeled life force - balancing, cleansing, healing.


Intuitive Nourishing Bodywork. Tuning into your system with deep listening, based on your needs, with focus on the head and feet.


Sound Immersion. Choose ocean waves or a Himalayan bowl sound bath, delivered through noise-cancelling headphones. Sound has a deep effect on our nervous systems, vagus nerve, and psyche. Adding this element can bring about a deep reset.


Before the session you’ll be invited to tune into and express intentions and desires for your time. Throughout your session all you have to do is relax and receive this restorative experience. 


$200 for 100 minutes


OR


$350 for a Couple’s session: Come with a beloved, a friend, or a sister for back to back sessions. Enjoy tea and meditative journal prompts in the tea lounge during your partner’s session!
