About Loyall:
Boston is, and always has been, a city of upstarts, rebels and free-thinkers who love to connect over a good, strong drink. Loyall Counting Room is our secret den – a modern-day tribute to the parlors the revolutionaries would have frequented to examine the status quo and have a hearty laugh together. The menu takes guests through an in-depth cocktail experience highlighting the rich folklore and history of the colonial era. From drinks served in ostentatious vessels to carefully-curated small bites that perfectly compliment the swills and the space, your experience here will spark your sense of wonder… and perhaps even a little rebellious spirit of your own.
Expect the Unexpected
Loyall Counting Room’s menu takes inspiration from colonial-era spirits and small bites, imaginatively recreated and mixed to the modern palate. The experience is elevated, exploring the time-honored customs, symbols and folklore of this course-altering chapter in history. There’s a rich story and craft behind each of the libations, which are served in visually arresting vessels and topped with rebellious garnishes. The menu - and the entire experience - sparks the imagination and harkens back to those legendary, clandestine meetings and important candlelit conversations that changed everything.
