Women supporting women? Art made with repurposed materials and natural objects? Homemade botanicals and jewelry? If you're interested in all of the above, you don't want to miss this pop-up featuring local artisans Heather Carroll of Rare Bird Aesthetics and Amy Lou Stein of Craftworks Somerville. They will be selling their handmade goods all afternoon at Curio Spice and sharing their excitement for sustainable artistry. Come meet some friends in the local creative community and grab your mom something for Mother's Day! This is an open-house style event, where guests are invited to come say hello to a local, like-minded business in Curio's lab space.
Heather Carroll is a Boston based visual artist creating, designing and collecting objects of beauty. Her products are made of repurposed handwoven natural fibers, and a lot of love!
Amy Lou Stein works with plants, roots, sticks, found objects and rocks to make beautiful objects, botanicals and textiles for your skin, body, heart and mind.
