Our Tuesday Night Meditations offer accessible teachings and meditations on how to work with painful states of mind, find harmony in relationships, and to find lasting inner peace.


In each class, there are two, guided meditations and a couple short teachings on how to use meditation to improve our life.


These classes will be led by our Resident Teacher, Kadam Kyle Davis, who has been teaching and guiding meditation for over 6 years.


This is beginner friendly and open to everyone!
