Join Kripalu certified yoga instructor, Ali Freelee, music extraordinaire, Dominic Castellano, and angelic vocalist, Jaclynn Moon for their deeply spiritual workshop, “Live Music to Meditative Flow”!
Come home to the rhythm of your heart as Ali leads you through a revitalizing guided meditation to bring you to the present, a powerful breathing exercise to you help enliven your senses and soothe your nervous system, an all-levels slow flow vinyasa to help you somatically feel into your physical body, a restorative practice to help your mind unwind, and lastly, a sweet Savasana to help your spirit integrate it all, and ground back to Earth.
Dominic will serenade you with his guitars, hand-pan, piano, African drums, and live recorded nature sounds from Colombia & New England, and Jaclynn and Ali will harmonize to instill a sense of oneness, balance, and ease.
*Sage, Palo Santo, and Incense will be lit throughout the duration of the class to help us detoxify our systems and connect more deeply to Source.*
