Blue Dragon chef Ming Tsai returns to the @PBSFood Instagram account Thursday, April 30 at 3pm EDT for a live cooking demonstration. The recipe and ingredients will be announced Wednesday on his Instagram account - @mingtsai.

Ming has been working with WGBH’s Emerging Platforms Initiative, WGBH’s Studio Six unit and PBS Food to bring live streaming cooking events to viewers at home. Tsai also hosts the public media cooking show Simply Ming.
