On Saturday, June 22, the Arlington Commission for Arts Culture continues to grow the Town’s new Live Arts Arlington public art and performance series with a skilled basket weaving demonstration by artist Kimberley Harding.
Harding says, “I strive for a harmonious fusion of radiant color and sensuous form and hope the person viewing my art will experience the same desire to hold it that I do.”
She will be sharing her techniques for weaving reed baskets. Come see and touch!
Free and open to the public, the outdoors event will take place at Broadway Plaza in Arlington Center — one of multiple outdoor venues that will host Live Arts Arlington events throughout the summer.
