Life Time will open their doors to the public throughout the month of January, free of charge every weekend, (limit 1 pass per event per 60-day period) to help residents retire their traditional resolutions and kick off 2018 with commitments instead. While Jan.1 is the traditional day millions announce their New Year’s resolutions, research from the University of Scranton shows only 8 percent of Americans keep them. For the sixth year, Life Time is beginning the year by helping people choose the right goal, find the right motivation and commit to following through to achieve success.
