Join Clinical Herbalist Liane Moccia and the Stevens-Coolidge Place to learn the secret to using everyday herbs and other common kitchen ingredients to support optimal health and well-being.
Liane is an herbalist who helps people find natural solutions to their chronic health problems. She specializes in stress, energy, sleep, fertility and pre-pregnancy planning. During this new online offering, Liane will explore the following topics in a brief 30 to 45-minute presentation followed by a Q&A moderated by Trustees staff.
Full length, hands-on workshops with Liane will resume when safe to do so.
May 19th - Herbs for Sleep: Natural strategies to help fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake rested.
We will be using Zoom for this online program. Space is limited. Pre-registration is required.
