Level Up is a workshop series that teaches empowering skills to navigate the competitive job market, leverage soft skills, and utilize emotional intelligence to prepare for the next level of your career. Participants will engage in mock interviews, benefit from resources shared, and actively participate in peer feedback sessions. The series aims to equip individuals with practical skills and a strategic mindset to succeed in their job search and career advancement endeavors. Workshops will run 70-90 minutes.

Our host, Jenny Joseph-Hayle, has over 15 years of professional experience in public service beginning with the U.S Department of Agriculture and ending with managing the Commonwealth of Massachusetts $13bn healthcare budget from 2011-2016. Since 2016, Jenny has been teaching and advising undergraduate & graduate students professional development at a local university, preparing students and alumni for their career journey and development.
