Are you looking to enhance your healing practice with sound?
Sound healing has a profound effect on the body and mind. It changes the frequency of your energy to be more aligned with love, gratitude, acceptance, oneness, and peace. Sound brings you into a deep state of calm, peaceful relaxation where your body can work to repair itself.
Understanding how sound works with your physical body and energy system helps you to use it effectively and safely for yourself and others.
In this Level 1 Sound Healer training you will explore multiple instruments, how they work with elemental energy, and how to incorporate that energy to heal yourself. You will receive instruction on how to use the instruments at a basic level so you can determine the direction you would like to go first.
You will also learn several techniques to use for your practice that will help you develop your own soundscapes to share with groups. Level 2 teaches group facilitation in detail, and this Level 1 training gives you a strong foundation to build upon.
With a focus on the self, you will experience a shift while working with the sounds of the different instruments. We will create a container within the group where it is safe to release and process whatever may come through for you.
