MEDITATION AND LETTING GO OF STRESS
how your mind creates stress
Hosted by Kadampa Meditation Center BOSTON
Mondays | March 2 – 23 | 6:30 – 7:45p
Envision your life without stress, or even with less stress. Are you able to? For many, stress has become the default way of living their life and the motivation to “get things done”. The revolutionary teachings within Buddhist meditation offer an alternative, novel, and effective way to approach our lives so we can have less stress while still being busy and active. In this course, we will see the connection between our internal reactions and stress and how to approach the various challenging aspects of our life from a place of strength and wisdom.
Buddhist teacher, Kadam Kyle Davis, will guide meditations and give a short talk on practical methods that are easy and clear to incorporate in our busy, daily lives. Suitable for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome.
COST: $15 per class OR $65 for 5-class card which can be purchased at the class.
