For the first time, Powisset is growing Lemongrass! The distinct lemongrass flavor profile brings a wonderful dimension to a variety of meat and vegetable dishes, and is a favorite in Asian cuisine, particularly when combined with fresh lime. In this hands-on class with Chef Thi you’ll make lemongrass grilled pork meatballs, tofu larb, and lemongrass vegetable curry. So satisfying!
