On January 23, Legal Seafood Park Square will host a four-plus-course wine dinner featuring selections from Beckmen Vineyards, a family-owned wine company based out of the Santa Barbara County in sunny California. After years as electronic music business leaders, Tom and Judy Beckmen decided to make a career move and join their oldest son Jeff in creating their own craft wines. Beckmen wines are almost exclusively made from two vineyards, the Thomas and Judith Beckmen Estate Vineyard in Los Olivos District AVA and Purisima Mountain Vineyard in Ballard Canyon AVA.
Legal Seafood Park Square will team up with Beckman Vineyards own Jeff Beckmen for a one-of-a-kind dinner with specially cureated dishes paired with selection from Beckmen Vineyards. The menu will be presented as follows in Park Square's wine cellar:
