On October 25, Legal Sea Foods in Park Square will host a wine dinner with selections from Ritual Winery‘s extensive portfolio of Chilean wines. A true reflection of Chile’s Casablanca Valley, the winery began as the result of Agustin Huneeus purchasing an 800-acre ranch on the cool, coastal region of Casablanca Valley located west of Santiago, where he started planting a variety of grapes to see what would cultivate in this unmapped, remote region. The winery and winemaking followed, including Ritual Winery, which is now a producer of Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, all carefully crafted by chief winemaker Rodrigo Soto.
Ritual Winery is known for its organic, low-impact farming methods in the vineyards and its gentle handling and the revival of Old World winemaking techniques in the cellar.
Legal Sea Foods will team up with Ritual Winery’s chief winemaker, Rodrigo Soto, to host an exclusive four-plus-course dinner featuring signature cuisine paired with his selections from the Ritual’s collection of organic, Chilean wines. The menu will be presented as follows in Park Square’s 10,000 bottle wine cellar:
