On August 22, Legal Sea Foods in Park Square will host a wine dinner with Jordan Winery. Family-owned and operated since 1972 in Sonoma County, Jordan wines are made in a more European style that allows them to pair well with a broad range of foods. Their winemaking emphasizes the wine’s fruit and acidity rather than alcohol and tannin, and achieving elegance and balance in the bottle drives all that we do in our vineyards and cellar.
Legal Sea Foods will team up with winemaker, Rob Davis, to host an exclusive four-plus-course dinner featuring signature cuisine paired with his selections from the Jordan vine. The menu will be presented as follows in Park Square’s 10,000 bottle wine cellar:
