On January 30, Legal Harborside will host a four-plus-course wine dinner featuring selections from Louis Jadot Winery, a family wine company founded in 1859 which produces and markets Burgundy wine. Based in Beaune in historic buildings that echo with history, each grape is harvested by hand to ensure highest quality and ensure superior flavor. The French winery’s aim is to express the true nature of Burgundy through their wines.
Legal Harborside will team up with winery’s head winemaker Frédéric Barnier for a special dinner featuring signature cuisine carefully paired with selections from the Louis Jadot Winery. The menu will be presented as follows on Legal Harborside’s scenic second level overlooking the Boston Harbor:
