The Lakes Region Parade of Homes is the go-to local home tour showcasing the best of new homes & townhomes from the lakes & Mountains in Central New Hampshire. There are 7 homes to tour in six communities. This annual event happens Columbus Day Weekend, October 7 & 8th from 9-5 daily. Parade-goers discover unique homes and floor plans, talk with builders and trade professionals, see the latest in interior design trends, home technology and outdoor living. Whether you’re looking to build a new home, renovation project, switch up the décor in your home, or find a home to purchase, the annual self-guided tour offers something for everyone!
Tickets costs $20/pp and can be purchased online or at the first home visited. One ticket is good both days! The goal is to put interested homeowners into contact with talented builders, skilled traded have the opportunity to view well-crafted homes as well as see beautifully planned development.
