Hone your knife skills with chef Didi Emmons!


Great knife skills are the special talent of restaurant chefs and sophisticated home cooks. Knowing how to use a knife and keep it sharp are cornerstone skills for good cooks. Correctly weilding a knife will divide your prep work in half, elevate your confidence and propel you to cook. Join chef Didi Emmons -- cookbook author and founder of four restaurants -- for this game changing hands-on class.


Students should bring two of their favorite knives and a steel (if they have one) to use. If you don’t have favorite knives, we’ll provide you with knives from the Powisset kitchen. At the conclusion of the class, students will use their newfound skills to create a dish for everyone to share. Class is limited to 12 students. Pre-registration is required.
