Join SmartBear and Drift as we honor Black History Month with a discussion about race at work. That's right! We're going there because the more we talk about it, the easier these necessary dialogues will become. Guests will have the opportunity to ask the hard questions and get real answers from 4 Boston leaders in tech. This panel of people of color and allies will share their unique perspectives around the challenges they face, like microaggressions and imposter syndrome. They'll share stories about the barriers they've overcome in their careers, and will offer you actionable advice toward being a barrier-breaker and generating open and respectful dialogue about identity in your workplace. This community-minded event will provide an opportunity for mutual learning for guests and experienced voices who are passionate about helping people of color prosper within the tech industry, and continuing to advance them from their place in our societies' history.
