Learn how to cultivate King Stropharia mushrooms on a small wood chip pile right in your garden! Dan Bensonoff of the Northeast Organic Farming Association will teach you how to inoculate spores into wood chips and grow your own delicious mushrooms that are not only healthy for you, but add incredible flavor to your meals. We hope you can join us! We'll be setting up the mushroom patch in the Teaching Garden so you can watch it grow throughout the summer!
