The Columbia Threadneedle Investments Boston Triathlon is encouraging fitness and healthy activities in youth by introducing them to the multisport world. Boston’s only triathlon is inviting kids throughout Greater Boston to experience and combine a few of the different elements of a triathlon, including swimming and running at its 2019 Kids Day on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation’s (DCR) Carson Beach in South Boston.


The event will feature activities dedicated solely to kids, including the USA Triathlon-sanctioned Kids Splash & Dash for athletes ages 7-15 and the Kids Fun Run for athletes under the age of 7.
