Community Ice Skating @Kendall Square is a seasonal outdoor ice skating rink located in the heart of Kendall Square, just off 3rd Street. Open mid-December through mid-March, weather permitting. The Kendall Square Community Ice Skating Rink offers skate rentals, lessons, and private rink rentals. The facility is refrigerated, zamboni-maintained and located in a landscaped courtyard.


- Skate Rentals of both figure and hockey skates.
- Ice Skating Lessons for all ages.
- Snack Bar serving hot drinks and snacks.
- Group Outings and Private Rink Rental available.


Monday: Noon – 5pm
Tuesday: Noon – 8pm
Wednesday: Noon – 8pm
Thursday: Noon – 8pm
Friday: Noon – 9pm
Saturday: 11am – 9pm
Sunday: 11am – 6pm


Adult admission = $5
Adult skate rental = $8
