About our event:
We will share some Ayurvedic knowledge, particularly as it relates to the season, as well as some info about raw vegan dieting and its benefits. After that, roll up your sleeves, because we will be getting our hands dirty making a few dishes to compliment the Kapha (Earth & Water) season. Finally we will be tasting the delicious and healthy food that we prepared while getting to know each other better.
Come and share in this collaborative experiential experience and lets have some fun!
Cost of tickets for this event is $85 USD per person.
