We're excited to return to the First Baptist Church in Medford, this time for some thrilling sextets with pianist Cholong Park! Youtube live link coming soon!

The program will begin with a reed trio by a less-known French composer Louise Marie Simon, who composed under the pseudonym Claude Arrieu. Following that we will perform our own adaptation of the Poulenc Sextet – originally for piano and traditional woodwind quintet but adapted for piano and reed quintet. After a brief intermission we will perform our newest commission Bonne Année by Oliver Caplan. Finally we will conclude the program with our own arrangement of George Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue, featuring Cholong Park as a soloist and the Kalliope Reed Quintet playing a reduced version of the orchestra.
