Just Breathe: A mini retreat for everyone
Saturday, January 20 from 10:00am to 12:30pm
Be kind to yourself by taking care of your mind. In this mini-retreat, you will learn and practice simple meditations that allow you to develop and maintain a calm, clear mind. This clarity of mind naturally leads to an inner experience of peace and well-being. When our mind is peaceful, we can approach all situations with a more confident, positive and relaxed attitude.
Meditations will be guided and light refreshments will be available during the break. This retreat is perfect for beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.
Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available, please email us at [email protected]

Henna Ahuja was born and raised in India, and has always had a deep fascination with Buddhism and its profound values. However, it wasn’t until she discovered KMC Boston that she truly had the opportunity to delve into the depths of Buddha’s teachings and texts.
Under the guidance of experienced Kadampa teachers, Henna has not only deepened her theoretical knowledge of Buddhism but has also learned practical techniques for incorporating its teachings into her daily life. She discovered the power of analytical meditation and contemplation practices, which have helped her cultivate a sense of inner calm, clarity, and compassion in her personal as well as professional life.
